Overview

Tyringham Hall is a Grade I Listed, Georgian Mansion in Buckinghamshire. Built in the 1790’s as the largest villa’s designed by the architect Sir John Soane, the house has been deemed Grade I by English Heritage. The highest grade of listing, reserved for the most historically important buildings. As part of a four year refurbishment and under the eye of English Heritage, EBS refurbished the existing, listed lead roofing using a Sika liquid plastics waterproofing system. This ticked two main boxes, preserving the listed roofing and ensuring it was water tight. This has extended the life of this important building without compromising the existing, listed structure.
