Chadwell Springs Golf Course closed for play during a major development into a Centre of Excellence for Golf. As well as refurbishing the existing facilities, a new destination, food pub was built. In keeping with the golf courses lush greens, EBS fitted a green roof to the building as well as numerus built up felt roofs.
